Greetings Everyone! I'm Katrina, or Kat for short. 

Is your child struggling with big emotions, anxiety, or behavior that feels confusing or overwhelming? Children and teens often show stress or frustration through behavior when they don’t yet have the words to express what they feel. What may look like defiance, withdrawal, or intense emotions is often a sign they need guidance and support and that’s where therapy can help.

I work with children and adolescents ages 4–15 with ADHD, Anxiety, ASD, OCD, ODD, and other emotional or behavioral challenges. I help them build confidence, strengthen coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and enhance social connections, so they can navigate school, home, and relationships with greater ease. I also partner with parents and caregivers, offering  practical strategies to reinforce positive behavior, support emotional growth, and feel empowered as they guide their child through life’s challenges.

My approach blends evidence-based interventions with creative, play-informed techniques. Sessions are collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each child’s interests and developmental level, creating a safe, supportive environment where children feel seen, understood, and motivated to grow.

With a fun, optimistic, and compassionate style, I strive to make therapy enjoyable while helping children and teens heal, rise, and soar. I am passionate about guiding them to develop self-confidence, resilience, and the skills they need to thrive, and I look forward to partnering with your family on this journey.
