You will be greeted by a member of our staff if placing a call. If emailing regarding services we respond to all requests within 48 business hours
A member of our team will respond to your request and gather; Insurance information, therapist preference (your choice may or may not be accepting new clients, we will try to schedule you with another member of the team or if no one can accommodate your needs we will provide a referral), we will provide the availability of the therapist and ask you to choose a date and time.
Once your insurance has been verified or you specify how you would like to pay for services we will schedule your appointment and send you a welcome email confirming your appointment and a link to complete the intake process
You will receive a link to sign all practice documents and complete intake questionnaire
Now it is time for your session! While a large percentage of our sessions are via telehealth some of our providers are accepting in person appointments. You will meet your therapist via our HIPAA compliant platform or in our Downtown Office. You can share as much or as little as you are comfortable sharing. Your therapist will gather important information about you, your family, and your history. This is the time to get a feel for your therapist and begin the healing process.
Learn your passions, expectations, boundaries and triggers. identify your thoughts, emotions and understand how they impact your overall functioning
Explore childhood, family dynamics, relationship traumas, community trauma, racial trauma, sexual trauma in a safe and comfortable space and learn how to process them in a healthy away that allows for continued grotwh
Improve self esteem, self worth and gain a deeper appreciation for YOU!
Therapy can help you come to terms with the areas in your life that cause discord, therapy can help you become more mindful, intentional and provide a space where you learn to protect your energy and mental space
Identify your triggers, perceptions, and emotions that impact how you engage with others and learn positive and effective ways to engage.
