Mindful Mamas

Join us March 4th-April 29th, 2023, for a 9-week group for pregnancy, postpartum and parenting mommas! This group will be led by our clinical intern Ruth Tekeste-Dicks and our founder Chante Woods who is a mother of 2 and an expectant mom! This group is $10 per session! Some insurances accepted!

We are conducting an Emotional Regulation group for kids and adolescents to teach your child to recognize their emotions, understand them, express them and have some tools  in their toolbox to navigate them. See flyer for details!
