Kayla Crump, MFT

Couples & Family Therapist

One of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story! Greetings! I’m Kayla and I believe that everyone should feel seen, heard, and affirmed!  It is incredibly natural to feel overwhelmed in our present world. Yet, life is way too short to surrender to unhealthy relationships, self-esteem issues, rough life transitions, trauma, grief, anger, depression, or anxiety… to name a few.

I strive to help you achieve whatever solutions and life change you are looking for while finding purpose in all your life areas and experiencing yourself in new ways. I am dedicated to keeping couples healthy, relationships loving, and individuals balanced.  My approach to therapy is a blend of authenticity, warmth, empathy, and compassion. I firmly believe in working collaboratively with clients to help find the style of therapy that works best for their personality, while authoring their own narrative and being in tune with their emotions. I have a passion for storytelling, allowing me to create space for you to edit, authorize, and share your own narration. I accomplish this by utilizing a mix of Emotionally Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and The Gottman Method.

You deserve to live a life that leaves you excited to wake up every morning. The process of healing may not be an easy one, but I am here to help you dig deep. Tough times never last, tough people do, and change ultimately begins and ends with you. So, let’s talk about it while you Heal, Rise, and Soar!
