As an African American woman, I understand how life challenges can directly impact mental health. We often face fear, self-doubt, shame, and trauma; although our strength is unmatched, even the toughest people need support and care.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am ready to help you prioritize yourself and your success! I am passionate about supporting and working with women seeking to overcome loneliness, depression, anxiety, overthinking, and low self-esteem. My experience has included working with individuals through life transitions, personal growth, parenting, family, and relational concerns. I am dedicated to assisting people in empowering themselves, managing their problems, and amplifying their strengths.

Therapy is a space for processing life experiences, emotions, and thoughts to get your desired outcome. My goal as your therapist would be to treat your individual needs and help you establish a positive self-identity and self-awareness while providing tools to help you develop and maintain meaningful relationships.
