Where Individuals, Couples and Families Heal, Rise & Soar!
Where Individuals, Couples and Families Heal, Rise & Soar!
Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, I was raised in a Jamaican and African American household that deeply shaped my understanding of culture, identity, community, and connection. I am passionate about creating a supportive space where people can reconnect with themselves, heal from past wounds, and move toward a life that feels more aligned and authentic.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process. Rather than positioning myself as the expert on your life, I see myself as a compassionate partner in your journey. Together, we can explore patterns, make meaning of your experiences, and create space for growth, healing, and self-discovery. Along the way, I will gently challenge you, celebrate your progress, and sit with you through the uncertainty that often accompanies change.
My work centers on supporting individuals from marginalized and underrepresented communities as they navigate identity development, relationships, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and the impact of trauma. I am particularly interested in how attachment patterns, lived experiences, and social environments shape the ways we understand ourselves and connect with others. Many of the people I work with find themselves asking questions such as: Why do I keep showing up this way in relationships? or How can I feel safer being fully myself?
My approach is relational, trauma informed, and grounded in the belief that healing happens through both insight and embodied awareness. I value the connection between mind and body and work with clients to move beyond intellectual understanding toward meaningful shifts in how they relate to themselves, their emotions, and the people around them. I also recognize that healing can be both psychological and spiritual. For clients who are interested, I welcome thoughtful conversations around spirituality and may incorporate reflective tools such as shadow work, astrology, or tarot when they support the therapeutic process and align with a client's values.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy exploring the intersection of art, food, and culture. I love traveling, spending time in cozy coffee shops or nearby parks, and seeking out moments of beauty and connection in everyday life. You can also find me unapologetically enjoying Real Housewives and other reality shows that explore love, relationships, and human connection.
It would be an honor to walk alongside you as you reconnect with yourself, embrace your authentic story, and continue your journey to Heal, Rise, and Soar.
