Olivia Meisenbach, LSW, CADC

As a Licensed Social Worker, Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and community public health advocate, I believe everyone deserves access to compassionate, affirming, and culturally responsive behavioral health care. I view therapy as more than a response to crisis, it is an opportunity to pursue our goals, strengthen our relationships, reclaim our stories, and reconnect with the parts of ourselves that may have been shaped by trauma, adversity, oppression, or life’s many transitions.

My approach is grounded in an understanding that healing does not occur in isolation. Our identities, families, communities, cultures, and the systems surrounding us all influence how we experience the world and understand ourselves. In therapy, I honor the fullness of each client’s lived experience while creating space to examine both personal challenges and the broader social conditions that may affect their well-being.

I support individuals navigating identity development, relationship challenges, post-traumatic stress, substance use and dependence, and the lasting impact of trauma. I am particularly interested in exploring how attachment patterns, childhood experiences, and social environments shape the ways we view ourselves, respond to challenges, and connect with others. Together, we can identify recurring patterns, emotional triggers, all-or-nothing thinking, and relationship dynamics while developing sustainable ways of coping, communicating, and building meaningful connections.

I believe healing unfolds at your own pace and that meaningful change is nurtured through curiosity, self-compassion, authenticity, and connection. Our work will extend beyond simply understanding your experiences intellectually. I will support you in safely feeling, processing, and integrating those experiences so that insight can become lasting growth.

Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, healing from trauma, questioning patterns that no longer serve you, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I strive to provide a space where you feel seen, heard, respected, and genuinely supported. Throughout our work, we will identify and build upon your existing strengths, explore the roots of worry and distress, and remain present with the uncertainty that often accompanies change.

My hope is that therapy helps you cultivate resilience, deepen your relationships, and create a life that reflects who you truly are—not merely who your experiences, circumstances, or the expectations of others have told you to be. I look forward to walking alongside you as you Heal, Rise, and Soar.
