Hello everyone! It takes a lot of courage to seek out support, and I’m here to cheer you on as you grow into who you want to be. Therapy is a place to find clarity about who you are and the confidence to claim your power. I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. I have earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The City College of New York, a Master of Arts degree in Applied Psychology and a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School. I am currently working towards a Doctor of Psychology degree in Clinical Psychology at The Chicago School. My clinical work experience varies across various settings including foster care, community mental health, elementary/high schools, and work at an adult outpatient psychiatric clinic. 

I will tailor therapy to your life experiences, goals, and needs. You can develop practical coping skills while becoming empowered and elevated. I strive to maintain a safe, empathic, and collaborative space for all individuals. This allows us to build an authentic therapeutic relationship that emphasizes acceptance yet challenges the client in order to facilitate a deeper understanding and promote change. I seek to empower clients and identify strengths throughout our time together. Therapy is a portal to change, let’s find out who you are on the other side!
