Where Individuals, Couples and Families Heal, Rise & Soar!
Where Individuals, Couples and Families Heal, Rise & Soar!
If your child or teen is navigating big emotions, stress, behavioral challenges, or life transitions that feel overwhelming, you are not alone. These experiences can show up as anxiety, frustration, emotional outbursts, withdrawal, difficulty coping, or challenges at home, school, or in relationships. Therapy can provide a supportive and empowering space where young people feel safe enough to explore their emotions, better understand themselves, and develop tools for lasting growth and healing.
I work with children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing a range of emotional and behavioral concerns. I am especially passionate about supporting youth who struggle with emotional dysregulation, behavioral challenges, self-esteem, communication difficulties, and navigating the pressures of everyday life. My goal is to help each client feel genuinely seen, heard, and valued while building the confidence, insight, and coping skills needed to thrive.
My approach is warm, collaborative, strengths-based, and culturally responsive. I believe healing happens within safe and meaningful relationships, and I strive to create an environment where clients can show up authentically and grow at their own pace. I incorporate developmentally appropriate and evidence-informed approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs, strengths, identity, and lived experiences.
At Phoenix Rising, we believe healing is both personal and collective. I am deeply committed to honoring the dignity, resilience, and individuality of every client and family I work with. I value creating spaces that foster emotional safety, self-awareness, empowerment, and connection while helping young people recognize their strengths and potential.
I look forward to supporting you and your family on your journey toward Healing, Rising, and Soaring.
